The design of this filter occupies 50% of the space of regular filters, meaning an easier installation process in increasingly constricted interiors, yet, with a larger media area, delivers twice the contaminant capacity of traditional filters. The fully enclosed frame prevents air entering through the filter walls and protects the media during installation. The non-metal filter element allows for more environmentally friendly disposal and is fully incinerable. Baldwin's Channel Flow filter has more surface area than a traditional air filter, while requiring the same or less installation space. The Channel Flow media is formed by layering alternating rows of flat sheets and corrugated media. When completed, the media resembles a honeycomb network of channels.
Radial Seal Air Filters
With a heavy-duty urethane radial seal gasket and end cap, Baldwin’s radial seal filters are extremely durable and do not degrade under environmental and application stress while PermaPleat® technology retains the integrity of the filtration media. Its flexible outer edges permit deflection which assists with installation. The primary components of a typical heavy-duty Radial Seal air filter are the seal, moulded ends, inner and outer metal wrappers and the media. The metal wrappers protect the filter media and provide structural strength for the completed filter. With 73% of the surface area of all Baldwin metal wrappers open, minimal air flow restriction is attained. Baldwin Radial Seal air filters are ideal aftermarket replacement.
Extreme Performance Air Filters
Designed for high dust environments, these filters feature ProTura nanofibers bonded to cellulose media, delivering unequalled performance, particularly at the submicron level, meaning higher initial efficiency for greater engine protection and life and greater capacity for extended replacement intervals. ProTura nanofiber air filters feature a lattice-like structure composed of submicron diameter fibers bonded to cellulose media. The result is higher initial contaminant removal efficiency and lower flow restriction. The filter ejects its trapped contaminants: as the contaminants cake the media surface application vibration loosens the matter, which then falls from the media to the bottom of the housing. The contaminants are then removed by the housing dust ejector.

Fleetguard® Direct Flow™ provides more performance in less space than competitive air system providers. This is the next generation of air filtration solutions and offers better engine protection and lower maintenance costs within a smaller profile than conventional air filtration systems. With performance sensors in the filter housing, users can evaluate the performance of their air filter system, allowing optimisation of filter life, reduced filter changes and lower overall maintenance costs. Magnum Radial Seal™ Air Filters

NanoForce® Air Filters
NanoForce® Air Filters are designed for heavy duty, diesel powered construction and mining engines, delivering the cleanest combustion air possible for large construction and mining engines. This is achieved via nanofiber pleats that combat dust on a submicron level, delivering 99.99% filtration efficiency, offering three times the protection and twice the service life of conventional air filters. Small particles can quickly bring productivity to a halt. Due to the use of air pre-cleaners, the typical primary air filter is challenged with capturing dust particles in the 0-5 micron size range. NanoForce® nanofibers combat tiny particles at a submicron level, removing and retaining the particles before they reach engine components.
OptiAir™ Air Filters
OptiAir™ systems consist of 7 filter series, covering air flow requirements up to 1100 CFM (31.15 m3/min.). The compact radial seal design, with optimised pleat spacing and depth, offers a 30% more effective media area and a 60% larger filter outlet area increases output flow and lowers restriction. These industrial air filters provide up to 50% greater capacity by increasing the effective media area resulting in extended service intervals, reduced downtime, and lower maintenance costs. These filters increase filter life by up to 50%. The lower air flow filters have rotatable 90-degree outlet and straight outlet options. OptiAir™ elements can handle higher CFM flow rates with lower initial restriction.
