The compact system is suitable for ErgoSpin nutrunners or tightening spindles. Our modular system can be stored in a card rack or a system box, the latter allowing tightening systems without control cabinets. The compact system and the system box fully meet IP54 protection standards.

The big question: how many nutrunners?
Two systems are available: compact or modular. The number of nutrunners in your application will influence the system required. 1 tightening channel will require the CS351 compact system, and 2 to 40 tightening channels will require the 350 modular system.

Designed for user-friendly functionality, the modern & powerful CS351 eliminates complicated configurations, ensuring intuitive operation.
Its housing is as compact as a mini tower & fully compliant with IP54 protection standards. Inside, it integrates advanced power electronics, Ethernet-based bus systems, & the latest high-performance 350 control generation.

Note:
*When powered at 120 V, size 5 motors run 15% slower and deliver 30% less torque than at 230 V.

Made from durable stainless steel, the BT356 card rack is ideal for installation in control cabinets & the splash-proof SB356 system box is ideal for operation without a control cabinet. The card rack & the system box have a VM350 power supply module & can be equipped with up to 6 tightening channels.
