ROTEX GS from HAW is a 3-part, axial plug-in coupling that achieves backlash-free performance under high tensile pre-stress.
VIEW PRODUCTROTEX couplings from HAW are characterised by small dimensions, low weight and low mass moments of inertia yet transmit high torques.
VIEW PRODUCTBoWex Curved-tooth gear couplings from HAW are flexible shaft connections for a positive torque transmission.
VIEW PRODUCTThe KTR range of drive couplings are characterised by their high operational performance quality and long service life. Each coupling in this range is fit-for-purpose, and is suitable for performance in Africa’s toughest conditions.
The range can be used in various applications and is manufactured from a variety of materials ranging from steel to nylon, depending on requirements. The torque range can vary from 0.2 Nm to 582 000 Nm at high and low speeds. KTR couplings are fully machined and balanced resulting in a high standard of quality and reliability.
KTR also offers explosion-proof certification and American Petroleum Institute (API) approval on certain items in the couplings range. The range can be purchased as individual components or as complete couplings with finished bores, as well as un-bored or pilot bores.
In contrast to competitor flexible couplings, only intermediate members are subject to bending stress and are therefore prone to earlier wear, the flexible teeth of ROTEX® couplings are subject to pressure only. This gives the additional advantage of the individual teeth being able to accept considerably higher loads.
ROTEX® GS is a three-part coupling, backlash-free under pre-stress that is designed for r machine tools, automation, power transmission, medical technology and packaging technology. The different hub designs and the different Shore hardnesses offer the optimal coupling for each application in automation applications.
The KRT BoWex curved tooth gear coupling range provides flexible shaft connections for a positive torque transmission and specifically suitable to compensate for axial, radial and angular shaft misalignment – drastically reducing wear!
Bosch Rexroth Africa is committed to the operational efficiency of the KTR range of drive couplings. To this end, the Group regularly attends, hosts and commissions training for its branches, distributors and resellers throughout Africa.
This training, hosted by KTR Couplings’ Sales Manager for Africa, informs and educates staff on the complete KTR range, its applications and new products. The training also informs local representatives of special instructions for certain couplings and their applications were also covered.
The entire range of KTR couplings is manufactured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001. KTR was one of the first drive technology companies to be certified DIN EN ISO 9001 – in 1993!
This means that you can rest assured that your KTR drive coupling will continue to operate reliably throughout the toughest operating conditions in Africa!
