Pneumatically operated valves

Pneumatic operated valves consist of the Aventics Pneumatic Series CD04, CD07, CD12, TC08 and TC15. The standard range consists of ISO 5599-1 Size 1 Pneumatic Valves, ISO 5599-1 Size 2 Pneumatic Valves, ISO 5599-1 Size 3 Pneumatic Valves, ISO 5599-1 Size 4 Pneumatic Valves and ISO 14507 CD01 Pneumatic Valve Carrier System.

Working pressure on the pneumatically operated valve range varies between 0.9 to 16 bar, temperature ranges are from -25° to 50° C, nominal flow rates vary from 600 l/m to 4 100 l/m and the maximum particle size is either 5 or 50 micro-millimetres. For the standard range, working pressure is the same, the ambient temperature range is from -10° to 50° C and the maximum particle size is also 50 µm.

Manually operated valves:

There are 5 pneumatic manual control valves in this range:

• Series AP Mechanical Valves: exceptional service life with flow rates of 190 l/min
• Series ST Mechanical Valves: mechanically actuated pneumatic directional valve with ISO G metric ports
• Series CD04 Mechanical Valves: compact and lightweight, with airflow up to 900 l/min
• Series CD07 Mechanical Valves: airflow up to 1 400 l/min, compact and lightweight
• Series 563 018 & 563 131 Manually Operated Valves: consists of 4 mechanically operated valves with nominal throughputs of 300 to 1 100 l/min and accessories

Electrically operated valves:

There are 6 in the range of electrically operated valves, consisting of: TC15 Series Electrical Valves, TC08 Series Electrical Valves, 740 Series Directional Pneumatic Valve, Series CD12 Electrical Valves, Series CD07 Electrical Valves and Series CD04 Electrical Valves.

Flow and check valves:

Flow and check valves play an important part in high-efficiency systems, and are an integral part of our range of pneumatic components. There are 5 valve categories, each with their own unique valves. They are:

• Quick Exhaust Valves: designed to speed-up the exhausting of air cylinders, clutches or other pneumatic devices. Consists of Quick Exhaust Valve 573 and Quick Exhaust Valve.
• Check Choke Valves: provided in a variety of different material combinations and connections to ensure reliable performance in your pneumatic application. Consists of CC04 Check-Choke Valves and CC01 Check-Choke Valves.
• Logic Valves: feature multi-function valves that are used to sequence and control system operations up to 80 litres per minute. Consists of Logic Valves (AND/OR), Twin Pressure Valves, Shuttle Valves, Series 551 Directional Valve, Pneumatic Counter and Pneumatic Pulse Generator.
• Non Return Valves: available in pneumatically-operated or manually-operated versions. Consists of: NR01 Non Return Valve, NR02 Non Return Valve and QR1 Non Return Valve.
• Throttle Valves: supplied with an integrated silencer, they are the ideal solution for any pneumatic application where precise air flow control and monitoring is required. Consists of: CH01 Throttle Valve and CH02 Throttle Valve.
