Press-Fit System

Designed and manufactured in-house to Bosch Rexroth's quality requirements, the press-fit system offers automated assembly. It makes use of precise force to join two components, creating a tight and secure connection without the need for screws, bolts, or adhesives.

  • 3 standard space-saving presses: PS 6, PS 20 & PS 50
  • Force of 6 - 50 kN
  • High flexibility, guaranteed by the fact that various setpoint parameters can be selected
  • Programmable for gathering diverse data such as date, time, torque applied, angle, number of turns & more
  • Integrated sensor system that immediately interacts with other workpiece types & transfers values directly to the control unit
  • Windows®-based software & modular construction for fast set-up, integration, & reconfiguration
  • Data may be printed in tabular form or in screen captures for documentation or historical tracking

More about the press-fit system

The system’s control components of the press-fit system include the PE 110 press control, LTE 12 and LTE 45 power sections. They are protected in all-metal housings that is IP54 rated. Process results, status and faults are displayed on plain-text and LED display elements. The press-fit system’s accessories consist of cables, spindle protection lines, command lines, connection lines, adapter boxes, and measurement converters.
