Pre Fill Specifications

Filling Valve (Sandwich Plate) | Type ZSF and ZSFW

  • Size 32 to 200
  • Component series 1X; 2X
  • Maximum operating pressure 350 bar
  • Flow up to 7000 l/min (Δp = 0.3 bar)
  • Pilot operated check valve in sandwich plate design
  • With or without pre-opening, optional
  • Control by built-on directional spool valve or directional seat valve, optional
  • Integrated high-pressure connection (size 32 to 160)
  • Integrated throttle check valve (size 200)

Prefill Valve | Type SFA

  • Sizes 25 to 80
  • Component series 1X
  • Maximum operating pressure 350 bar
  • Pilot operated check valve for threaded connection (sizes 25 and 32) and for flange connection to ISO 6162-1 (from size 40)
  • For direct mounting onto a working cylinder
  • With or without pre-decompression, optional
  • Integrated high-pressure port
